T he house has full air conditioning to all rooms, and ceiling paddle fans fitted in the family room, living room and two main bedrooms to distribute the cooled air.

FOR YOUR PLEASURE: -

We have planted Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon and Tangerine trees in the garden, and flowering shrubs along the pool screening, which now affords near total seclusion when swimming in the pool, relaxing in the Jacuzzi or sunbathing on the pool deck without inhibiting your view across the lake and conservation area beyond.

The Pool and Jacuzzi are solar heated which normally sufficient for most periods of the year, but to add to your comfort we have installed an Electric Pool heater (optional extra cost) which will maintain the water temperature during the winter months.

FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT: -

We subscribe to cable television including the Disney channel and have two television sets and two video recorders / players in the villa, one located in the master bedroom, the other is located in the family room, and some family and children’s video films are supplied.

There is an am/fm portable radio incorporating tape recorder and cd player that you can use to play your favorite Tapes or CDs, some board games are supplied for young children to adult, Tennis rackets and balls are also provided for use on the Tennis Courts in the communal play area.

SECURITY AND SAFETY: -

Westridge is a quiet and peaceful residential estate, but to add to your peace of mind while on holiday, we have had a safe and security system fitted to the house.

“SENTRY” a well-known company based in the US made the safe . And is operated by a programmable electronic lock, the security system to the house was fitted by “BRINKS” a well-known security company, and is monitored 24 hours per day. The system incorporates an automatic intruder alarm for your security, an automatic fire alarm for your safety and for your peace of mind the facility to call either the Police, Fire Service or Medical assistance at the touch of a button.

MAINTENANCE COMPANY: -

Our maintenance company are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the villa, inside and out, including lawns, garden, pool and Jacuzzi. They keep it in pristine condition for us and fully clean and check the property before and after each visitors stay.

They can be contacted on a free phone telephone number and you can contact them if you have any requests or need any information or advise, they will do all they can to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.

There are folders at the villa giving general information on the Villa and Westridge, plus Local Entertainment, Dinner Shows, Shopping Trips, Boat Cruises and Golf etc.

When you choose to rent our Villa for your family holiday stay, you will find it more convenient, comfortable and relaxing than staying in Hotels. Your own heated private pool and Jacuzzi with underwater lighting are just outside the door, you can slip into the pool for a refreshing swim or relax in the Jacuzzi at any time of the day or night, you also have all the home comforts and can even have a cup of Tea when you want one.
