RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE
The reservation deposit is payable with the completed booking form. The
full balance is payable no later than eight weeks prior to the date of
arrival.
ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT
In addition to the reservation deposit, a security deposit of £100.00 is
required to cover breakages or damage to the premises and/or its
contents, telephone bills, cleaning costs other than normal incurred in
connection with the accommodation of the premises, but not including the
cleaning of carpets, upholstery etc. The deposit is refundable, subject
to deductions to cover the expenses mentioned above.
CANCELLATIONS
If the balance of the sum as shown on the booking form remains unpaid
eight(8) weeks prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel
the booking and in this event the deposit will be forfeited. If the
client cancels after the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be
forfeited. The person who signed the booking form must confirm all
cancellations in writing. If the client cancels within eight weeks prior
to the arrival or should the client not show for any reason, the entire
amount paid will be forfeited.
UNAVOIDABLE CHANGES
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel the booking and in
this event we will return all sums (but without interest or
compensation) or at the option of the clients and subject to
availability we will offer alternative premises of comparable standard.
In the event of a major change to the booking being necessary, we will
inform the client as soon as reasonably possible, and if the client does
not wish to accepyt the booking on this basis we will cancel the booking
and return all sums (but without interest or compensation).
AVAILABILITY
The premises will be available for occupation from 4pm on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
LIABILITY
We the owners of the premises accept no responsiblity whatsoever for
personal injury, accidents, loss/damage to personsor personal effects
however caused. We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for
any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by
events beyond the owners control including flight delays or
cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire flood or industrial
dispute.
SAFETY, SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE
The management company reserves the right to enter the premises at any
time for any reason.
SWIMMING POOL
The owners and our agents accept no responsibility or liability for
injury howsoever caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool.
Adults are specifically requested always to supervise children in and
around the pool.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED IN THE PREMISES |
